Second Phase of Consultation (22 December 2014 to 5 January 2015)

The Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) is currently in the process of reviewing Malaysia's Industrial Co-ordination Act (ICA), 1975.

This second phase of the consultation process will run from 22 December 2014 to 5 January 2015.   Where relevant, the feedback and comments will be used to revise and fine-tune the final ICA.
